Founder & Director

Tony Collins Cifuentes

Founded Highlanders Boxing Club in 2004 with a mission to reach at-risk youth through boxing and mentorship. Over 25 years, Tony has personally mentored thousands of young people in Highland, CA & San Bernardino County — building a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves over 7,000 youth and families. Anthony M. Chavez

A professional athlete, mentor, and community leader for over 10 years. Anthony brings championship-level boxing experience and a lifelong dedication to guiding young people both inside and outside the ring.

Mentor & Youth Advocate

Tristen M. Cifuentes

A professional volleyball player with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Tristen serves as a community leadership mentor and youth advocate, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and character.

A Blue & Gold National Boxing Champion and D-1 athlete. A community leader, mentor, college graduate, and model, Katelyn empowers the next generation to chase excellence in and out of the ring.
