Programs Built to Change Lives

HBC is more than a gym — it's a youth-development ecosystem. Each program serves a different population and context, but they all share the same foundation: evidence-based methods, genuine mentorship, and the belief that every person can become a champion in life.

Ages 9–25 · After-School

Youth Boxing

The heart of HBC. After-school boxing, fitness, and mentorship five days a week. Youth build discipline, confidence, and life skills through structured training in a safe, coached environment. No experience necessary — just the willingness to show up.

Iron Strong

A structured positive youth development and trauma-informed intervention program. Iron Strong teaches 6 social-emotional skills through mentorship and structured programming — serving youth referred by San Bernardino County Probation, schools, and families seeking support for at-risk children.
